The Edinburgh Marathon event held on May 15th focused on the prevention of alcohol and substance abuse, green environment and waste management. Key activities marking the event included tree planting, a marathon race and a beach cleaning initiative. NOVEMBER
The launch and early activities of Thapovanam on November 30. The program began with guidance from Fr. Pamiyan. It includes the initial children’s event facilitated by CCH facilitators, a CCH team-up program for facilitators and a self-introspection exercise where lecturer Savithiri and Fr. Davian asked participants about their personal histories. Activities also covered food preparation for children, a hardship task led by a facilitator, counseling sessions, a drama discussion led by Kamalanathan and dry ration distribution for Christmas by Fr.
